During my tenure at Qontak by Mekari, I contributed to the Moderator Panel team, focusing on administrative and billing features that supported the core chat platform.

Key Achievements

• Package Top-Up Feature: Designed and implemented a package top-up feature that allowed administrators to easily manage client subscriptions and billing limits, directly impacting revenue tracking.
• Migration Scripts: Created robust migration scripts to transition legacy billing data to a new schema, ensuring zero data loss and maintaining historical accuracy for thousands of client accounts.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamlined the billing process for the operations team, reducing manual data entry errors and saving hours of administrative work each month.
